An investigation over the past two months resulted in the seizure of around a pound and a half of marijuana and the arrest of a Roanoke Rapids couple.
Parham Dixie Howell, 76, was called home Sunday, April 24, 2016, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Dixie and Brandon Medlin.
