HCC, ECU sign dual enrollment agreement

Halifax Community College signed an agreement with East Carolina University for dual enrollment for students.

The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported the following, according to Chief Chuck Hasty:

Three people have been transported to medical facilities for treatment of what are believed to be critical injuries while another four were transported for treatment of non-critical injuries following a crash in the southbound lane of Interstate 95 this afternoon.
