Due to increased fire risk, the North Carolina Forest Service has issued a ban on all open burning and has canceled all burning permits statewide effective November 29 until further notice.
Pursuant to G.S. 143-318.12(b)(2) notice is hereby given that the Halifax County Commissioner District Boundaries Committee will meet on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners' Board Room, second floor, Halifax County Historic Courthouse, 10 North King Street, Halifax, North Carolina.
