The Halifax County Board of Elections will be having a special meeting for the purpose of conducting a simulated election, as required in accordance with standards established by the North Carolina State Board of Elections when upgrading election software and/or purchasing voting equipment.  

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 9 a.m. in the Halifax County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room on the second floor of the Historic Courthouse located at 10 N King St, Halifax NC 27839.

The public is invited to attend and observe.
