Varsity Baseball win home opener

Roanoke Rapids Varsity baseball beat Southern Nash for second time in seven days, this time Roanoke Rapids hosted the Sothern Nash Firebirds. the outcome was the same. Roanoke Rapids beat Southern Nash 14-2 today at Doyle field to improve their record to 2-0. Clay Lockamon started on the mound pitching 2 innings with 4 strike outs and earned the win. Aron Crumb pitched 3 innings picking up the save and had 5 strike outs.  Clay Lockaman also hat 3 hits and 5 RBI's at bat while Hunter Godwin had 2 hits.
