Abbi Carpenter and Candice Smith part of Heart breakers Travel Softball Champions
Greenville based Heart breakers U-12 travel softball team traveled to Williamston for the "April Showdown" tournament. Roanoke Rapids residents Abbi Carpenter and Candice Smith play for the Hearbreakers. The team had a weekend record of 6 wins and no loses. The Heart Breakers beat Little Washington's Dirt Devils 2-1. Candice Smith was the winning pitcher.
