One crushing and one hard loss in a International Tie-Breaker
In Sunday's first game, RV Powers U10 travel softball team lost to the Thunder Angels 11-1. Lily Curtis started on the mound with releif from Naomi Sadler.
At the plate, Lizzy Colston's single and Ashlynn Liles Triple were the only two hits for the RV Powers.
In the field Lile, Sadler, Ashton Garner and Karlee Hammack made either a catch or throw for the out. Catcher Caroline Slate threw to Garner who tagged the runner who was stealling.

In second game of the day, RV Powers loss to the Diamond Elite 9-8 in a International Tie breaker.
Ashton Garner pitched the game giving up only one walk and had four strike outs. The score was tied 7-7 when time expired. In an international tie breaker, a runner is put on second base. RV Powers were guest so they scored one run and Diamond Elite had their chance, a player hit an in the park home run to win the game.
At the plate, Karlee Hammack had two singles, Garner had a triple, Naomi Sadler had a double and a in the park home run, Caroline Slate, Emerson Pool each had a single while Lizzy Colston had two singles. Riley Landen was given the bunt sign and executed it well advancing the runner around, who later scored.
