Yankees and Rockies battle to the end in Monday night senior league action. Both teams had 9 hits. Rockies even up record by winning 9 to 8 over the Yankees. Cameron Rogerson got the start on the hill pitching 6 innings giving up 6 runs on 7 hits striking out 9 with 2 walks for the win. Calab Pratt got the save striking out last batter after giving up 2 runs and loading the bases. Pratt was also top hitter going 3 - 4 following up was Marcus Allen with a 2 -4 at the plate. Other hits for the Rockies were Tyler Liverman, Jordan Collins, Jarvis Adams, and Brandon Collier. Spencer Hargrove drew 3 walks. For the Yankees Joshua Elias went 4 innings giving up 3 run on 5 hits and 3 walks. Colby Warren relieved Elias to start the 5 th giving up 2runs and 4 walks. Mathew Wray came in to finish giving up 4 runs on 2hits and 2 walks. Yankees top hitters were Tyler Warren 2-2 and Aaron Jackson 2-3. Other hits were Wray, Elias, Colby Warren, Bracy Irby, and Sammy Rose. Yankees play the Braves Wednesday night 8pm at ledger wood.

Price's beat Snipes 5 - 4 in 6 innings. A great pitcher's duel came down to the bottom of the 6th with Price's trailing Snipes 4-3 when Caleb Elias stepped to the plate with Jake White on second and Brayden Joyner on first and hit a 2 run triple to the center field fence to win the game. Stacy Mumford pitched all 6 innings for Price's striking out 16 and walking only 2. Hunt VanDam was the other defensive standout of the game tagging out one runner coming home and throwing another out attempting to steal second base. Caleb Elias was the offensive player of the game going 2 for 3 with 2 triples.
