Due to the rain and wind and the field conditions, Halifax Academy has changed the format of the "Halifax First Pitch Tournament" and canceled the season opener games scheduled for Friday.
The following format will be used Saturday March 3:
10:00 AM ----- Halifax Academy Vs. Southampton Academy
12:00 PM ------Roanoke Rapids High Vs. Cape Fear Academy
2:00 PM ------- 2 losers / consolation game
4:00 PM --------2 winners / championship game
