The Roanoke Rapids High Lady Yellow Jackets softball traveled to Louisburg Thursday evening.

The Jackets fell short losing 10-1.

It was a slow night at the plate for the Yellow Jackets with Lily Curtis going 1-3 with a single. Camden Bierbauer went 1-3 with a single. Abbi Carpenter went 2-3 with an RBI single and a triple and Meagan Colston was 1-3 with a single.

Camden Bierbauer started the game on the mound for the Jackets pitching three innings with two strike-outs, eight hits and six runs. Lily Curtis finished the last three innings with one strike-out, five hits and four runs.
