Advertisement for bids

Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on April 23, 2020, in the President’s Board Room in the Dr. Phillip W. Taylor Complex (Building 100) at Halifax Community College, 100 College Dr., Weldon, NC for the construction of the Advanced Manufacturing & Corporate Training Center for Halifax Community College at which time and place bids will be opened and read. 

Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 (252.937.2500) beginning March 23, 2020, during normal office hours.  

An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held at 10:00am on April 15, 2020, in the President’s Board Room in the Dr. Phillip W. Taylor Complex (Building 100), Halifax Community College, 100 College Drive, Weldon, NC. The meeting will address project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
