The Halifax Resolves Chapter, North Carolina Society Son’s of the American Revolution has selected Teri-Jo Lumsden, a junior at J. F. Webb High School as the winner of this year’s competition.
Lt. Col. Joe Gibbs, senior military science instructor at J.F. Webb High School in Oxford, was presented a Certificate of Appreciation for his unit’s participation in programs sponsored by the Halifax Resolves Chapter, North Carolina Society of the Sons of the American Revolution.
