Roanoke Rapids Parks and Recreation will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new pickleball courts at Rochelle Park on September 25 at 10 a.m.
“This exciting new facility was made possible by the support of Halifax County Convention and Visitors Bureau,” parks and recreation Director Kelly Daughtry said.
The park is located at Fifth and Vance streets.
