The girlfriend of a man charged in the stabbing death of a woman and her daughter has turned herself in and will be charged as an accessory.
Valerie Mayo McGee, 33, will be charged with two counts of accessory after the fact of first-degree murder and robbery with a dangerous weapon, Deputy Chief Adam Bondarek of the Roanoke Rapids Police Department said today.
