The Halifax County Sheriff's Office is looking for Carlton Jay Ham, 46, from Roanoke Rapids, for failure to appear in court for the following charges: violation of a domestic violence order,assault on emergency personnel,simple assault,disorderly conduct, two counts of communicating threats,trespassing and resisting public officers.
