Jerry Ikee Stovall turned himself into the Halifax County Sheriff's Office Monday night and has been charged in a Saturday night shooting outside a Littleton pool hall.

Detective Joshua Clark said the Littleton man faces charges of discharging a weapon into an occupied building, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possess a firearm by convicted felon, injury to real property and injury to personal property.

He was also served an outstanding order for arrest for failing to appear in court on a previous charge.

He remains in the Halifax County Jail under a $17,000.00 bond and is awaiting an October 30 court date.

Clark said a motive for the shooting has not been determined.
