An Enfield woman has been charged with allegedly posting nude photos of the complaining victim on Facebook, according to the Halifax County Sheriff's Office.

Detective Obert Wiltsie said the sheriff's office took a report on November 4 about the dissemination of obscenities on a public social networking site.

Wiltsie said the sheriff's office charged 23-year-old Regena Smith with dissemination of obscenities. She was given a $1,000 bond and a Wednesday court date.

The photos were of the victim. The sheriff's office continues to investigate how Smith obtained the photos and why she would post them.
