Delays

All Vidant North clinics will open on a two-hour delay Friday

All Rural Health Group offices will open at 10 a.m. If you have an appointment prior to that time, staff will contact you to reschedule.

Halifax County government offices will operate on a two-hour delay.

FMC Roanoke Rapids delayed two hours.

Criminal courts in Halifax and Hertford will open at 11 a.m.
