Main Street Roanoke Rapids held its first Liberty on Main event this morning, beginning the day with a parade which looped around Hamilton Street.
A festival is underway at Kirkwood Adams Community Community Center until 3 p.m. with vendors, food trucks, free bottled water, and a water-spraying feature.
