The Halifax County Health Department today added four new positive cases of COVID-19 to its data.

The newest positive cases bring the cumulative total since March of last year to 5,412. There have been 108 related deaths.

The first dose Pfizer vaccine will be given Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the 700 building at Halifax Community College. Use the Country Club entrance to the campus.

Persons under 18 will need parental consent to receive the vaccine.
