The Halifax County Health Department today added 14 new positive cases of COVID-19 to its data.

Those cases bring the cumulative number of positives since March of last year to 5,436. There have been 108 related deaths.

In Northampton County the health department reported Wednesday there have been 1,808 total positive cases of which 1,709 have recovered. There were 31 active cases. There have been 68 related deaths.
