The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman who was last seen getting into a dark-colored SUV the morning of May 10.

Investigative Sergeant Gorton Williams said the vehicle which Stacy Renee Pearson got into around 9:30 that morning was possibly a black GMC Envoy.

Williams said it was not clear where Pearson might have been going.

Pearson, 49, stands around 5-feet, 6-inches tall and weighs approximately 228 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black coat, blue T-shirt, blue jeans, and black, white, and gray New Balance sneakers.

She wears her black hair in an Afro style. She has brown eyes.
