The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a handgun and requesting the community’s help in locating the stolen .44 Magnum Ruger Super Redhawk with an 8-inch stainless steel barrel that was stolen from the Hollister area. 

The victim is offering a $200 reward for its return.
