The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is investigating a credit card fraud case in which more than $2,400 was charged to an instrument which did not belong to the two people who used it.

On June 20 shortly after 1:15 p.m. two people entered Lowe’s Home Improvement and charged more than $2,000 on the card. At CVS they spent more than $400.
