The Roanoke Valley Southern Christian Leadership Conference will hold its ninth M.L.K. Wreath Laying Ceremony Sunday at 2 p.m.  

The Martin Luther King Commendation Ceremony will be held at the M.L.K. Community Park located at the corner of Virginia Avenue and Wyche Street in Roanoke Rapids.  

The Epsilon Sigma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity will lead the processional.
