The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public in the larceny of various tools that occurred at an undisclosed business located off Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.

The larceny occurred on June 9 shortly before 8:30 a.m.

In addition to the Lakers hat the man wore, he wore a T-shirt with the words “Only God Can Judge Me.”

The couple drove away from the business in either a gold or beige SUV — possibly a Kia or Hyundai of an unknown model year.
