The North Carolina Bourbon & Spirits Festival culminated with live performances inside the Weldon Mills Theatre, the first concerts since Weldon Mills Distillery bought the former Roanoke Rapids Theatre.
Maggie Baugh was the inaugural performer inside, opening for Ward Davis who was followed by headliner Whitey Morgan.
