Congressman Don Davis will embark on a sweet journey across all 19 counties to express gratitude to first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, and emergency services personnel, who tend to public safety and all do not get the holiday off. 

Davis will deliver pies for first responders working on Thanksgiving Day. 

“The Pies of Thanks Thanksgiving tour is a gesture of appreciation on behalf of eastern North Carolinians for the unwavering dedication and service exhibited by those on the front lines,” his press office said.

Davis will personally deliver pies as tokens of appreciation.

At 3:45 p.m. he will deliver pies to the Northampton County E-911 Center at 132 Landfill Road in Jackson. 

At 4:15 p.m. he will deliver pies to the Halifax County Historic Courthouse at 10 North King Street in Halifax.
