On Sunday around 6:30 a.m. an unidentified man used a stolen credit card from a victim in the city to make several transactions, according to Roanoke Rapids police Chief Shane Guyant.
Over $100 was charged to the card.
One of those transactions occurred at a convenience store on Highway 158 in Roanoke Rapids.
