Bernice “Bunny” Crowder Bullock, 74, of Roanoke Rapids, NC passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021. 

She was born February 5, 1947 to the late Bernice and Katherine Perkinson Crowder. 

Bunny was predeceased by her parents; her parents-in-law, Curtis and Anne Bullock; her brother-in-law, Denis (Pedro) Bullock of Emporia, VA.

Bunny worked for the Roanoke Rapids Graded School District as an educator for many years. She was a lifetime Jaycette and Girl Scout. She received The Mission Recognition Pin from First United Methodist Church and a Faithful Member of The Altar Guild. 

Bunny is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jerry Bullock; her daughters, Katherine Bullock of Fuquay Varina, NC, Stacy Powell her husband, Kevin, of Angier, NC, Alison Powell and her husband, Gary of Fuquay Varina, NC, Laura Ellis and her husband, Steven of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle Kikendall of Fuquay Varina, NC, Kimberly Kikendall of Cary, NC, Kelly  Kikendall of Angier, NC, George Powell of Fuquay Varina, NC, Lilly Powell of Fuquay Varina, NC, Jake Ellis of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Alyssa Ellis of Roanoke Rapids, NC; great-granddaughter, Savannah Matthews of Angier, NC; sisters-in-law, Nancy Bullock of Emporia, VA, Maria Bullock of Spokane, Washington, Sue Chinn of Spokane, Washington and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Funeral Services will be held at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services at 2pm on Saturday, March 6, 2021 with Rev. Randy Martin officiating. 

Interment will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1pm until service time at the funeral home.
