Kenneth Virgil Wilson, Jr., 86, passed away on Friday, October 2, 2026 in ECU Health North Hospital.  

Mr. Wilson was born on December 5, 1939 in Coos Bay, Oregon, the son of the late Opal McDuffy and Kenneth Virgil Wilson, Sr, and was the widow of the late Alicann Reichert Wilson. 

Surviving include his sons:  Timothy Wilson and Bryon Wilson and his wife Judy, his sisters Caroline and Sherry, his grandchildren Dakota Hoggard (Gary), Timothy Wilson, Maverick Wilson (Cierra), Bryon Wilson, Tiffiny Gatch, Jason Young, and Jamie Richards, and his great grandchildren Mi’ Kayla, Raelynne, Casey, Branden, Kaisley, Ellie, Colton, Caitlin, Jackson, Parker, Benjamin, and Alyssa. 

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later time.
