He was born on July 13, 1985 in Hampton, VA to Donald and Ann Keisling.

Steven was currently employed at CapTech in Richmond, VA.
He was a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School, Halifax Community College, and attended Appalachian State University.
Steven is survived by his parents Donald and Ann Keisling; sister Stephanie Pate (Joshua); and his nephews Chase and Luke Pate of Roanoke Rapids, NC.
The family plans to have a private service.
