Tracy Allen Neer, 61 of Roanoke Rapids passed from this life to the next on Friday, August 4th, 2023 from cancer.
Tracy was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC and is the second of four children.
He is preceded in death by his wife Susan Neer and is survived by his loving children Tammie Saldana, Alex Rodriguez, Isabella Rodriguez, Selena Rodriguez, Marcus Delvalle, Ethan Delvalle, and grandchildren, Andres and Adrian Rodriguez as well as family and friends who loved him dearly.

Tracy was a truck driver, and a hard worker. He was an employee of NFI trucking where he spent most of his days.
Outside of work he enjoyed traveling, playing video games, watching NASCAR and spending time with his family and his dogs.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12th, 2023 at 10:00 am at Good Samaritan Baptist Church in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Funeral services will follow in the church sanctuary at 11:00 am. Officiating the service is Pastor Dennis Gregory. Interment will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Wrenn Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends after the service in the Fellowship Hall at Good Samaritan Baptist Church and the home on Haywood Drive in Roanoke Rapids.
