Lakeland Cultural Arts Center has initiated a restructuring plan to ensure its continued service to the community as a cherished arts and cultural hub for many years to come. 

While a reduction in staff was, unfortunately, necessary this week, Lakeland is by no means closing its doors.

Guests can expect continued operations at the venue, with enhanced offerings including educational classes, live performances, art exhibits, national touring productions, and concerts. The Board of Directors has embarked upon this restructuring plan to keep Lakeland going for years to come and to be good stewards of the generous funds allocated to the organization.

For over 40 years, Lakeland Cultural Arts Center has been a vital part of the community, and these plans will ensure its legacy continues. 

Despite the recent changes, auditions for this weekend's production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" will proceed as scheduled and selection of our fall community theater series is underway.
