Join Lakeland Theatre Company as they parody the fan favorite show that ran weekly from 1969 to 1997 with skits such as “Pickin and Grinnin,” “The Haystack,” or “Pfft You was Gone.”

This is a fun filled night of country singin’, comedy sketches and good old down home entertainin’.

Once again Lakeland puts their own spin on a fan favorite.

Many of us grew up to the country sounds and corny jokes of Hee-Haw.

Now come reminisce as Lakeland turns that show on it’s head.

Ree-Haw includes spectacular vocal performances by some of Lakeland’s long time veterans as well as talented newcomers.

Country music mixed with the campy style and silly jokes that made the original show such a hit.

Ree-Haw opens on Friday, August 3 with evening performances on August 4, 10, 11 and a matinee performance on August 12.

Dinner will be available on opening night with country favorites like ham, southern style string beans, sweet potato-pecan casserole, macaroni and cheese, beets, homemade pickles and of course homemade biscuits.

All this is topped off with Banana pudding.

Dinner is being prepared by local favorites Bill and Judy Hand.

Dinner reservations are required by noon on August 2.

Performance reservations are not required but are highly recommended as lines at the door tend to be long without a reservation.

Tickets may be purchased online or by phone.  Come be part of the fun at Lakeland.
