The Roanoke Rapids based Valley Cheer All Stars cheer teams competed this past weekend in Raleigh NC at King of the Jungle.

All three teams competed in this two day event. The Tiny Twinkle team a team of children 6 years old and under received an Award of Excellence. The Youth Unicorns placed 4th overall and the Senior Bombshells placed 2nd coming in just tenths of a point from 1st place.

The Valley girls had a great weekend at their first nationals of the season and will compete again in Baltimore the first weekend of April.

The Tiny Twinkles will perform locally at Myrick School of Dance's annual recital on May 4th at The Centre at HCC.
