The #11 seed Roanoke Rapids High School Men's soccer team win at home Tuesday night in the first round of the NCHSAA State Playoffs.

Roanoke Rapids shutout Central Davidson 5-0 at Hoyle field.

Goas for the Yellow Jackets were Abdul Alrahimi with two as well as Brayden Patterson with two and Rayan Kassem had one goal.

Tripp Garner had two assists for the Yellow Jackets while Abdul Alrahimi and Esteven Cordon had one assist each.

Goalies Edenilson Saravia had nine saves in goal, Angel Saravia had one save in goal.

The second round of the NCHSAA Playoffs will have the battle of the Yellow Jackets as the #11 seed Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets will travel to #6 seed Carver Yellow Jackets in Winston-Salem Thursday Nov. 6, Time to be announced once set.
