Halifax Academy Lady Vikings Varsity volleyball team won their first match of the season Wednesday at home.

Halifax won against Lawrence Academy 3 sets to 1. (11-25, 25-14, 25-23, 25-23)

Kayla Gaertner led team with 11 service aces.

Natalie Watts and Molly Slaughter added 10 assists each in the win.
