Step One: Enter the email address (your username) you used to create the rrspin.com account.

Step Two: Check your email for the password reset email.  Be sure to check your spam folder.  Open the email and click the link.

Step Three: Clicking the link will bring you back to rrspin.com with the verification code field automatically populated with the code from your email.  Enter your username (the email you used to create the rrspin.com account) in the username field and click submit. 

Step Four: You may now reset your password upon successful user verification.  The password requirements are a minimum one Uppercase letter, one lower case letter, one number, one special character.

Step Five: Your password in now reset, and you may now login using your username (the email you used to create the rrspin.com account) and your new password.
