As of 10:15 p.m., here are the known closings for Friday:

Cornerstone Christian, Gaston College Prep, Halifax County schools and Halifax Community College are closed Friday. Rural Health Group is closed.

Weldon, Roanoke Rapids and Northampton County schools as well as Halifax Academy are closed. District Courts for Bertie, Halifax, Hertford and Northampton counties have also been canceled. Northampton County government offices are closed.
