Sergeant C. Boden and Deputy R. Chin were at the location following up on complaints of drugs being sold from the residence and upon arrival they could reportedly smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside.

Several people were detained and the task force, which applied for a search warrant, was notified.

Agent D.R. Radford cited Shearin, of Roanoke Rapids, with a North Carolina Uniform Citation for possession of marijuana up to a half ounce.

He arrested and charged Faulcon, of Littleton, for felony possession of marijuana, possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance.

He received a $15,000 bond and and awaits an August 24 court date.

Harris said street value of the marijuana is approximately $1,800.
