They were each charged with maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to sell and deliver MDMA.

Murphy allegedly smelled what he believed to be marijuana as he talked with the driver.

As a result of the investigation, Murphy found several individually wrapped bags of what was believed to be marijuana. He also seized a set of digital scales and several clear sandwich bags.

Murphy charged Trevor Lamar Richardson with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining a vehicle for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
