Ingrid was born in Wuppertal, Germany, the daughter of Gisela Werner Kinscheck and the late Harry Kinscheck.

Ingrid came to the United States with her parents when she was 8 months old.

After earning her degree in biochemistry, she was a 23-year-old atheist working in pain research at MCV in Richmond, Virginia.

She was challenged by apologetics-based Bible study and committed Christian Community Care and Teaching lifestyle.

That combination won her mind and heart to Christ. She spent the rest of her life, including 36 years in Christian community, seeking to serve and help others heal through Christ Jesus our Lord.

Ingrid is survived by her beloved husband Keith Williams; her mother;Gisela W. Kinscheck; her brother, Ralph Kinscheck and his wife Julie, their twins Caleb and Hannah Kinscheck of Billerica, Massachusetts; her sister, Renate Kinscheck of Tampa, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday, August 5, 2018, at 3:00 P.M. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Dathan Hall and Rev. Randy Martin officiating.

Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Church from 2:00 P.M. until time of the service.
