Lasky said the site plans call for a new Little Caesar's store in the same shopping complex as the current one, only with the addition of a drive-through window.
She said Popeye's is moving forward quickly and a final inspection has been requested for Friday.
Petsense, she said, plans on applying for a permit to occupy the former Blockbuster store.
Plans for Sheetz should be submitted within the next couple of weeks. “Sheetz has no intention of letting this get away,” she said.
