The weather service reports there is black ice and lingering snow on roadways from slushy snow that froze overnight.
Trooper J.D. Warren of the state Highway Patrol said there is black ice on bridges this morning that contributed to one wreck with minor personal injury. Overnight, two wrecks were reported, he said.
The winter weather advisory remains in effect until 10 a.m.
