With three juveniles already arrested in break-ins at U.S. Cellular, Roanoke Rapids police are now looking for a fourth person.

William Charles Smith, 16, of Weldon, has been identified as one of the suspects in the break-ins, Detective Jeff Davis said.

The break-ins occurred in March and June with the goal to steal high-end phones, Davis said. The phones that were taken were display models.

Smith is known to frequent the downtown area of Roanoke Rapids.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to call the Roanoke Rapids Police Department at 252-533-2810 or Crimestoppers at 252-583-4444.
