Black Caucus march cancelled

Reverend C. E. McCollum, chairman of the Halifax County Black Caucus, said in a statement issued late Thursday evening, the governing board of the HCBC voted not to hold the commemorative march honoring Martin Luther King, Jr. on Saturday.
