There will be no consolidated precincts in Halifax County for the November 3 municipal elections.
Roanoke Rapids voters, however, who traditionally voted at the Roanoke Rapids Public Library will be voting at the Neighborhood Resources Center on Jackson Street, county Board of Elections Director Kristin Scott said Tuesday.
Roanoke Rapids will see two contested battles — one for the school board and one for city council.
