Seven Rockfish defendants appeal to 4th Circuit

Seven of the 13 in pretrial custody in the Operation Rockfish police corruption case have given notice to appeal their orders of detention to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Two defendants in Operation Rockfish had either robbed drug dealers or moved drugs before the operation and one asked for drugs to sell on her own during the operation, court records show.
