The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in two larcenies.
The Roanoke Rapids Police Department reported the following, according to Captain Bobby Martin:
A man was shot in the leg after he told officers as many as four people entered his residence late Thursday night.
Halifax County Superior Court Judge Alma L. Hinton entered a consent judgment Friday against the Carolina Inn.
Fingerprint evidence collected during an October vehicle breaking and entering led to another person being charged in the crime, according to the Roanoke Rapids Police Department.
Roanoke Rapids police officers have been honored not only in-house but by the State Bureau of Investigation for the part they played in arresting one of the suspects in the murder of Dr. Nancy Alford at her home at Lake Gaston last month.
